With over fifteen years of experience overseeing daily operations in fast-paced environments, Rose excels in payroll administration, staff management, budgeting, and implementing operational improvements. Rose is focused on streamlining office processes, supporting employee needs, and driving overall office efficiency across multiple locations. Her passion for creating a positive work environment and her dedication to team development make her a valuable asset to the company. Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, and hunting for treasures at antique shops.
Heather Gunn
Property Manager Director
Heather is a native North Carolinian and has been with RPM since 2017 as Property Manager Director. She boasts more than 30 years of experience in the field of property management. She prides herself on conducting business with integrity and is proud to provide support and guidance to her team to successfully maneuver difficult situations to conclusion. She enjoys her hobby farm which includes chickens, horses, a turtle, and of course, cats and dogs.
Courtney Catanese
Leasing and Operations Manager
Courtney brings a background of construction project management and banking compliance to her role here as Leasing and Operations Manager. She strives to increase the efficiency of the team overall by ensuring all our systems are up to date and working together to the best of their ability. Outside the office, she enjoys grabbing a cocktail with her husband or playing with their four cats.
Mayra Vera
Property Manager
Mayra Vera serves as a Property Manager at Real Property Management of the Triad, where she oversees the daily management and operations of more than 300 properties in the Triad area. With over 15 years of experience in property management, Mayra has effectively managed both single-family and multi-family properties. She possesses strong administrative and communication skills, along with extensive knowledge of rental contracts. Mayra is dedicated to fostering and maintaining excellent relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors, continually striving for improvement. During her spare time, she enjoys binge-watching her favorite tv shows and spending time with her family.
Felicia Manasco
Property Manager
With 20+ years of experience in the Property Management industry, covering areas such as Commercial, HOA, Condo, and now Residential Rental Management, Felicia brings a wide variety of experience and knowledge to her current position. She is committed to continuously seeking new and innovative ways to enhance her ability to assist her owners with any of their needs. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Felicia enjoys dedicating time to her interests such as spending time with friends and family, as well as engaging in a good book and is always looking forward to learning new things.

With nearly ten years of experience in property management and a strong background in excellent customer service, Amber truly embodies RPM’s code of values. She launched her career in Orlando, Florida, before relocating to the Triad area in the early 2000s. Property Administrator since 2020, Tanya is highly organized, motivated, and detail oriented. She has been instrumental in ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. Property Administrator
Betsy brings a diverse background in Real Estate Sales, Valuation, and Finance to her role at Real Property Management of the Triad. A lifelong Greensboro resident, Betsy has also worked in civil service as a Deputy Clerk for the Guilford County Clerk of Court. As a Property Administrator, she is dedicated to providing excellent service to tenants and property owners. A passionate animal lover, Betsy has found forever homes for many stray animals and volunteers at the Guilford County Animal Shelter. She is committed to making Greensboro a great place to live.

Cosett is the Leasing Coordinator at RPM, where she has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in property management since 2020. Starting as an administrative assistant with a strong background in customer service, Cosett soon joined the applications team, taking on more responsibilities as her experience grew. Now, as part of her role in leasing, she also manages lease renewals, bringing a blend of expertise and dedication to her work. Clint joined the Real Property Management Team in 2023 and serves as the Head of Accounting for the company. Clint has worked in the field of accounting for over sixteen years. Clint’s attention to detail, accurate reporting, and dependability are vital to the company’s overall financial success. He’s always willing to step in and assist where needed. In his free time, Clint enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He’s an avid UNC basketball fan and sports enthusiast.

Starting in 2021 with RPM, Majid has been working with investment properties and investors for over 15 years. He has a strong background working with lenders, owners, real estate agents, and closing attorneys. Majid is committed to helping clients reach their objectives and make their lives more abundant through real estate, specializing in growing one’s portfolio. Majid is an avid dog afficionado and enjoys a good turn of phrase!

Outside of the business, Ryan enjoys time with family at the beach or mountains, as well as traveling to new places.
Brent Morris

Brent is the Business Development Director and also serves as the broker for the Winston-Salem office. With over 15 years of property management and investment property real estate experience, Brent has been a leader with Real Property Management of the Triad for well over a decade. Brent is a former engineer with experience in manufacturing and process improvement which lends a unique skill set to the residential property management industry. Outside of work, Brent enjoys leisure time with his wife and four children either at Oak Island or in the mountains of North Carolina.
