With over fifteen years of experience overseeing daily operations in fast-paced environments, Rose excels in payroll administration, staff management, budgeting, and implementing operational improvements. Rose is focused on streamlining office processes, supporting employee needs, and driving overall office efficiency across multiple locations. Her passion for creating a positive work environment and her dedication to team development make her a valuable asset to the company. Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, and hunting for treasures at antique shops. 

Heather Gunn

Property Manager Director

Heather is a native North Carolinian and has been with RPM since 2017 as Property Manager Director. She boasts more than 30 years of experience in the field of property management. She prides herself on conducting business with integrity and is proud to provide support and guidance to her team to successfully maneuver difficult situations to conclusion. She enjoys her hobby farm which includes chickens, horses, a turtle, and of course, cats and dogs. 

Courtney Catanese

Leasing and Operations Manager

Courtney brings a background of construction project management and banking compliance to her role here as Leasing and Operations Manager.  She strives to increase the efficiency of the team overall by ensuring all our systems are up to date and working together to the best of their ability.  Outside the office, she enjoys grabbing a cocktail with her husband or playing with their four cats. 

Mayra Vera

Property Manager

Mayra Vera serves as a Property Manager at Real Property Management of the Triad, where she oversees the daily management and operations of more than 300 properties in the Triad area. With over 15 years of experience in property management, Mayra has effectively managed both single-family and multi-family properties. She possesses strong administrative and communication skills, along with extensive knowledge of rental contracts. Mayra is dedicated to fostering and maintaining excellent relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors, continually striving for improvement.  During her spare time, she enjoys binge-watching her favorite tv shows and spending time with her family.

Felicia Manasco

Property Manager

With 20+ years of experience in the Property Management industry, covering areas such as Commercial, HOA, Condo, and now Residential Rental Management, Felicia brings a wide variety of experience and knowledge to her current position. She is committed to continuously seeking new and innovative ways to enhance her ability to assist her owners with any of their needs. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Felicia enjoys dedicating time to her interests such as spending time with friends and family, as well as engaging in a good book and is always looking forward to learning new things.

Amber Jones

Property Manager

With nearly ten years of experience in property management and a strong background in excellent customer service, Amber truly embodies RPM’s code of values. As a natural problem solver, she’s often looking to the system for correction and proposes all possible solutions if something is not working. Amber is forward thinking; always considering the future impact and contributes recommendations, many of which, have been implemented for smoother work processes! Sarah Byrd

Property Manager

Sarah Byrd is a results-driven property management professional with over 15 years of experience in multifamily and residential real estate. She launched her career in Orlando, Florida, before relocating to the Triad area in the early 2000s. Renowned for her commitment to outstanding customer service, Sarah is skilled at building lasting relationships and consistently delivering exceptional results. Her in-depth expertise in property management plays a key role in driving revenue growth and maximizing the value of client portfolios at RPM of the Triad. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, playing a competitive round of golf, and cherishing quality time with her family.

Tanya Kukla

Property Administrator

Property Administrator since 2020, Tanya is highly organized, motivated, and detail oriented. She has been instrumental in ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. She brings a strong background in Customer Service and handles tenant and owner inquiries effortlessly.  Tanya’s expertise lies in her commitment to excellence, ability to develop and maintain relationships, and attention to detail. Outside of her professional role, Tanya enjoys decorating and time with family.

Betsy Shearer

Property Administrator

Betsy brings a diverse background in Real Estate Sales, Valuation, and Finance to her role at Real Property Management of the Triad. A lifelong Greensboro resident, Betsy has also worked in civil service as a Deputy Clerk for the Guilford County Clerk of Court. As a Property Administrator, she is dedicated to providing excellent service to tenants and property owners. A passionate animal lover, Betsy has found forever homes for many stray animals and volunteers at the Guilford County Animal Shelter. She is committed to making Greensboro a great place to live.

Cosett Cossio

Leasing Coordinator 

Cosett  is the Leasing Coordinator at RPM, where she has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in property management since 2020. Starting as an administrative assistant with a strong background in customer service, Cosett soon joined the applications team, taking on more responsibilities as her experience grew. Now, as part of her role in leasing, she also manages lease renewals, bringing a blend of expertise and dedication to her work. Outside the office, Cosett is a devoted mother who cherishes quality time with her family.

Bruce Colina

Leasing Coordinator

Bruce Colina is a Leasing Coordinator with over 8 years of diverse experience across customer service, office management, and leasing. His comprehensive background has equipped him with strong communication, organizational skills, and adaptability, enabling him to streamline leasing processes, build lasting client relationships, and enhance operational efficiency. Bruce’s attention to detail and commitment to service excellence has consistently contributed to the success of his team and the satisfaction of tenants. 

Outside of work, Bruce dives into his passion for playing baseball and discovers new destinations in traveling, which brings balance and inspiration to their personal and professional life.

Darwin Salunga is an experienced Applications and Leasing Coordinator, bringing over three years of expertise in application processing from a dynamic background in a transportation and ride-sharing technology company. Since joining the team in 2022, Darwin has played a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless application and move-in process, efficiently handling the data extraction necessary for lease expiration management and timely renewal offers. Known for his attention to detail and dedication, Darwin is committed to delivering a smooth and positive experience for tenants and prospects. Gen Bitabit

Leasing Coordinator

With six plus years of experience in property insurance, Gen has developed strong skills in risk management, customer service, and property assessments. Transitioning into the role of Leasing Coordinator, Gen applies this expertise to streamline leasing processes, foster positive relationships with tenants, and ensure smooth property management operations. Known for attention to detail and effective communication, Gen has contributed to improving lease processing times and enhancing applicant and tenant satisfaction. Outside of work, Gen enjoys freediving and underwater photography, which helps maintain a balanced and focused approach to both personal and professional life.

Clint Vereyken

Head of Accounting

Clint joined the Real Property Management Team in 2023 and serves as the Head of Accounting for the company. Clint has worked in the field of accounting for over sixteen years. Clint’s attention to detail, accurate reporting, and dependability are vital to the company’s overall financial success. He’s always willing to step in and assist where needed. In his free time, Clint enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He’s an avid UNC basketball fan and sports enthusiast.

Patti Boykin

Accounting Administrator

Patti has been a valued member of the Real Property Management team since 2020, serving as the Accounting Administrator. In her role, Patti is responsible for processing owner payments, managing check runs, and ensuring timely payment of bills. She also conducts thorough audits to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department. Patti’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an essential asset to the team.

Sol Cabarles

Accounting Assistant

New to her role at Real Property Management, Sol is already making a meaningful impact, bringing her dedication and eagerness to learn to the team every day. She’s quickly become proficient in managing utility on/off connections for properties, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Sol is excited to continue growing within the company and contribute even more value to the team’s success. Accounting Assistant

Started in 2024 as an assistant in the Accounting Department, Jane has already proven herself to be a key contributor to the smooth and efficient operation of our accounting processes. She brings strong expertise in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and has played a crucial role in streamlining reporting and accounting workflows. Jane’s initiative and commitment to excellence have made a noticeable impact, helping to improve overall efficiency within the department. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys quality time with her family, showcasing her cooking talents, singing ability, and creativity through arts and crafts.

Majid Al-Adwani

Business Development

Starting in 2021 with RPM, Majid has been working with investment properties and investors for over 15 years.  He has a strong background working with lenders, owners, real estate agents, and closing attorneys.  Majid is committed to helping clients reach their objectives and make their lives more abundant through real estate, specializing in growing one’s portfolio.  Majid is an avid dog afficionado and enjoys a good turn of phrase!

Joyce Miones

Administrative Assistant 

Joyce started her career as a Virtual Assistant with Property Management Companies in 2020. She’s deeply passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and is always eager to take on new challenges to grow in her role. Outside of work, when she’s not busy with her mom duties, Joyce enjoys getting creative with arts and crafts, as well as putting together beautiful flower arrangements.

Larry Angelo Mendoza

Administrative Assistant

With experience as a phone assistant, Larry has been pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient communication support. He brings a strong background in managing high call volumes and a commitment to client satisfaction, consistently enhancing response times and ensuring positive interactions. Paul has been with Real Property Management since 2018, serving as a versatile courier who is always ready to take on any task, from putting out leasing signs and lockboxes to delivering move-in packets and taking photos. Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Ryan is the managing partner helping direct overall company operations plus strategic planning. With over 20+ years of experience in property management, rental property investing, property acquisitions, and property financing. Also, previous background experience in the insurance risk management business lends a unique set to real estate operations. Outside of the business, Ryan enjoys time with family at the beach or mountains, as well as traveling to new places. 

Brent Morris

Co-Founder & Business Development Director

Brent is the Business Development Director and also serves as the broker for the Winston-Salem office.  With over 15 years of property management and investment property real estate experience, Brent has been a leader with Real Property Management of the Triad for well over a decade. Brent is a former engineer with experience in manufacturing and process improvement which lends a unique skill set to the residential property management industry.  Outside of work, Brent enjoys leisure time with his wife and four children either at Oak Island or in the mountains of North Carolina.
